Step-by-Step Instructions for \u201cBinding\u201d Spektrum DX7s\/DX8 Transmitter to your M\u014dvi.<\/p>\n

A few things to keep in mind before starting; first, make sure you do not<\/strong> have the M\u014dvi on a reflective surface, such as a glass or marble counter. Second, you must be 2-3 feet away from the M\u014dvi when doing this step-by-step process.<\/p>\n

If you haven’t already ‘Paired’ your PC to the M\u014dvi, follow the instructions below.<\/p>\n

    \nOpen the Freefly Configurator software and connect to your M\u014dvi.<\/li>\n
  2. \"\"<\/a>
    \nClick on ‘CONFIGURATION’ and the Configurator window will appear.<\/li>\n
  3. \"\"<\/a>
    \nClick on the ‘System’ menu and a drop down menu will appear.\u00a0 Select ‘Bind Radio’.<\/li>\n
  4. \u00a0\"\"<\/a>
    \nThe Configurator software will instruct you to turn off and on again. The image below shows the\u00a0 power button on the back of your M\u014dvi.<\/li>\n
  5. \"\"<\/a>
    \nWhen you turn the unit back on you will see the receiver light blink very fast.<\/li>\n
  6. \"\"<\/a>
    \nNow, with your transmitter,\u00a0 hold down the ‘BIND’ button at the same time you turn on the power button.<\/li>\n
  7. \"\"<\/a>
    \nAfter a few seconds the screen will show that the ‘Binding’ process has started.<\/li>\n
  8. \"\"<\/a>
    \nAt this point you can let go of the buttons on the transmitter and watch the process finish on its own.<\/li>\n
  9. \"\"<\/a>
    \nThe binding is complete when you see the screen below.<\/li>\n
  10. \"\"<\/a>
    \nTo verify that the transmitter is communicating with\u00a0 the M\u014dvi, move the Pan\/Tilt
    \nstick on the transmitter and confirm that the gimbal is moving.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
