Issuing a PO does not automatically constitute payment received.<\/li>\r\n<li>By default we will ship based on availability of stock. Orders containing out of stock items may ship partial, and out of stock items will ship when they are available. You can send our Support Team a request for an exception if you are unable to take partial delivery for any reason: support@freeflysystems.com<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>Sales Tax<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>For products going to shipping addresses in Washington State and California, the Freefly Online Store will automatically calculate and collect local sales tax during checkout.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<li>For products shipping to any other US state: We do not have a physical or economic presence (nexus) there so we will not calculate or collect sales tax on the order. However, most states require residents to self-report and pay &#8220;use tax&#8221; on taxable purchases made from out-of-state sellers. Please consult your state\u2019s tax regulations or contact a tax professional to ensure compliance.<\/li>\r\n<li>If you are a reseller or or have any other sales tax exemption in Washington or California and would like to purchase from us without paying your local sales tax, we can create a bypass on the store for you. Please reach out to our support team <strong>before<\/strong> you purchase to provide your reseller\/exempt certificate for our records.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>International Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Duties and taxes for shipments delivered outside of the US are the responsibility of the importer\/receiver and are not collected by Freefly. This includes items on your order that may be drop \/ direct shipped to the US from another country (which will be indicated in the product description).<\/li>\r\n<li>FedEx is the preferred shipping carrier of Freefly for shipments leaving the US. Alternate carriers are not recommended, and responsibility for issues with customs, export\/import will be the responsibility of the account holder to resolve.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Drop or Direct Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Freefly may sell products online that will ship directly from another manufacturer. If this is the case, it will be indicated on the product page and these items will ship separately from the rest of your order.\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>We&#8217;ll communicate any information we have regarding shipping timelines for the items, but there may delays beyond our immediate control.<\/li>\r\n<li>Our items will be shipping to you from the US, but items shipping direct from a manufacturer may be coming to you from a different country and applicable import taxes may be assessed by the carrier for those items.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Holidays Freefly is closed on the following days: Freefly Fest &#8211;
