When installing a M\u014dvi Pro to SL Battery Adapter<\/a> on the M\u014dvi Pro, you should hear a very positive “click” when the latch engages. If you don’t, you need to adjust the latch tension. This can happen due to tolerance differences and wear on the M\u014dvi side battery plates, and is not a cause for alarm.<\/p>\n

On the underside of the adapter, on the “nose” you’ll see a recessed screw. With the adapter installed on the M\u014dvi and pressed all the way forward (where it should lock in place), just loosen that screw with the 2.5mm hex driver that came with your M\u014dvi until you hear the click. That’s it!<\/p>\n
